Hi! I’m KadiE

My career has taken me around the world advising heads of state, policy makers, and the private sector on trade, economic development, and labour markets. 

I started my career in communications guiding governments and companies on how to create campaigns to attract hundreds of millions of dollars in investment. I liked it so much I launched a global consultancy. I was good at it.  Working with over 30 countries and 100 cities, my global campaigns were lauded by the Financial Times, E&B Data, The Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, and even Queen Elizabeth II gave me a medal. 

The core of all my work has always been storytelling.  I have seen firsthand the transformative power of truth coupled with a powerful narrative.  I’ve seen how a single story can change the trading and economic trajectory of a nation, how a story solidified a CEO and Board’s decision to invest 100s of millions into a fledgling local economy. And how my stories in the Garden of Even change the way people see themselves and the world around them. 

For almost 20 years people have wanted to “pick my brain” on my creative process because it’s prolific with impact. 

Over the past 18 months I’ve launched the Garden of Even with over 10 commissioned and co-created original works of art with accompanying stories, hosted 5 nearly sold-out events, delivered over 50 keynotes, wrote and produced two seasons of an award-winning podcast, published two research papers lauded globally by UN Women and the International Labour Organization.  This is just the content I’ve shared publicly. 

This is not the result of merely “talent”.  It’s the result of years of reflecting, learning, honing and improving my approach to creating content - be it writing keynotes, articles, newsletters, emails. ANYTHING and EVERYTHING.  

With the launch of Garden of Even more and more people are asking me “HOW DO YOU DO IT?” I’ve never shared my creative process in depth-before, and I might not do it again, but I’m ready to share it now.
